Founding Memorandum
Energy · Economy · Estable
Bottom Line. Inflation is the #1 challenge in the United States, and addressing it means raising standards of living globally. The key is to expand and maintain production possibilities at a rate never before experienced. The country owes more than forty trillion dollars, with interest alone now running near a trillion dollars per year. An imbalance of that size can be addressed one way: by growing faster than the debt. The purpose of Estable Corporation is to address this challenge through systems. This memo will focus on three objectives: energy, economy, and Estable.
Energy. Everything begins with energy. The Sun, a G2V star, is the primary source of energy on Earth. Today, the Lone Star State leads the nation in energy production. Anchored by the Eleventh Federal Reserve District, the state is positioned to expand generation on Earth and in space. The purpose of that expansion is to secure the power required for computation. Jensen Huang, founder of NVIDIA, the company leading the development of computing infrastructure for intelligence, describes intelligence as a question of energy, while Elon Musk insists that electricity is the limiting factor for new production. In addition, energy will always be a matter of national security. Fundamentally, without massive gains in energy production, the United States will face unfavorable outcomes. The objective is to produce more than 1,000 times the energy currently harnessed from the Sun.
Economy. A stable economy preserves the value of its currency. Inflation creates uncertainty and continuously reduces purchasing power. Estable works to align supply with demand and steady the business cycle. Estable treats energy as the global economy's underlying currency. Today, the United States lacks adequate digital and physical infrastructure to support the growth required to overcome its debt burden. Estable coordinates the factors of production: land, labor, capital, and entrepreneurship. Estable Holdings scales energy production, advances municipal finance, and lays the foundation for regenerative economic growth.
Estable. The Corporation is designed to maintain order in an energy economy. The law of entropy dictates that, left to themselves, systems tend toward greater disorder and thermodynamic equilibrium. Estable operates infrastructure that enables automation and accommodates kilowatt transactions. Estable will not operate entire economies. Instead, it works to secure growth, stabilize machines, and steadily advance global responsibility.
The Way Forward. The purpose of Estable is to drive growth across the energy industry, enhance economic outcomes alongside long-term initiatives, and operate infrastructure to enable responsible automation. The demand already exists: four billion people still live in energy poverty, and the capital needed to serve them improves every year, even as computation adds vast new demand for power. The impact extends beyond America's borders, strengthening ties with allies, removing reliance on imports, and opening new opportunities for productive commerce. This is how the first challenge is met: growth that outpaces the debt, which holds the value of currency and harnesses inflation itself. With time, automation carries the repetitive work, people are freed to choose how they spend their lives, and the surplus funds the continued exploration of star systems.
