§ I  ·  The company

Estable Corporation.

An energy technology company that builds and operates companies, and runs the marketplace between them.

Estable Corporation manufactures systems for resource-allocation across industrial and commercial operations. It does that in two ways: it builds, owns and operates companies of its own, and it runs a members-only marketplace where firms that have already built a working system sell it more than once, under standards Estable publishes and enforces.

II. What it operates.

Three companies, built and held rather than licensed out. Two are operating today.

The Big LeaseOne terminal for the whole life of a leased asset: live data and automations source, structure, settle and service every lease. The default way to put any asset to work. Operating.
MunistryThe operating system for land, power, and the municipalities that govern them. Infrastructure, jurisdiction and fiscal capacity, resolved as one record by machine. Operating.
GyredenAdvanced manufacturing run as one system: parts engineered from a scan or a specification, produced near the machines the world depends on. 2027.

III. The marketplace.

Member companies are on one side, referenced Specialist firms on the other, and Estable sits between them as curator and coordinator. A member pays dues of $7,500 a year and shops ready-to-implement builds. A firm sets its own price and receives one hundred percent of it; Estable’s fee is fifteen percent added on top of that figure, never taken out of it, and capped there.

Each purchase is a direct contract between the member and the firm, formed on the Standard Terms of Engagement at a recorded approval gate. Estable is not a party to that engagement. It acts as the specialist’s disclosed collection agent, and it holds named enforcement rights under the engagement terms.

IV. How it is governed.

No engagement forms and no charge is made without a recorded human approval of scope, price and counterparty, decided by a named person and kept in a record nobody can edit or re-date. A Specialist firm sees only what a job requires: never another member’s work, never commercial terms that are not theirs, never contact details outside a granted engagement. That wall is enforced in the database and is also a contractual obligation.

The instruments are executed electronically and bound to the exact text signed, by its SHA-256, the signer and the moment. The Specialist Agreement publishes in full. The Membership Agreement and the Standard Terms of Engagement are in counsel review.

V. Where to read further.

Mission is why the company exists. Products is what it manufactures. Legal carries the covenants and the structure of a purchase. Governance carries the corporate structure and the register. Ethics carries the declared positions. Companies join at Enterprise Automation; firms apply at Specialists.
