The way in.

Estable runs a governed marketplace: member companies on one side, a referenced bench of specialist firms on the other, and Estable between them as curator and coordinator. Entry to either side follows the same shape — you apply, a person decides, and from then on the system itself tells you what happens next, at every step.

I. For companies.

Membership is how a company shops the shelf and has processes built and run by referenced firms — with Estable’s governance on every step.

  1. Apply below. Applying costs nothing. Our triage reads every application within minutes; a person makes every decision.
  2. A person reviews it. Membership is selective, and admission is a named person’s decision — never an agent’s.
  3. Your membership is countersigned. Payment is never the countersign. A person at Estable opens your storefront, and the record says who.
  4. Your seat arrives by email. Sign-in is a one-time link to the address your access was issued to. No passwords, and signing in can never create an account — access is by invitation only.
  5. First sign-in: the paper. You read and accept the Membership Agreement in the portal. Your acceptance is recorded against the exact text, and the receipt — with the text’s fingerprint — is emailed to you.
  6. The storefront opens. Shop the shelf — each item carries its builder’s price plus 15%, shown as one whole figure — and request what fits. No engagement forms, and no charge is made, without your recorded approval.

II. For AI companies.

The bench is where specialist firms list what they build and take on member work. Every applicant is referenced before admission, because the standard stays high on purpose. Your first quarter carries no fee. $15 a month starting on the second quarter. Applying costs nothing.

  1. Apply below. Tell us the one thing you’re elite at and how you prove the quality of the work. Triage reads it within minutes; a person decides.
  2. The reference check. Admission is deliberately selective. We check the work, not the deck.
  3. Your seat arrives by email; you sign. On first sign-in you read and accept the Specialist Agreement — and the signature itself is what opens your desk. Recorded against the exact text, receipt emailed.
  4. Admission to the bench. A named person admits your firm and clears the categories you work.
  5. Build your shelf. Your item, your price, your terms. You receive 100% of your price — Estable’s fee is added on top, never out of it. A person reviews every listing before it serves, and what a member buys is the exact revision that was approved.
  6. Work arrives as proposals. You see what a job requires and not one column more — never another member’s work, never commercial terms that aren’t yours. Accept it or decline it; deliver; Estable signs off before anything closes.

III. You will always know what’s next.

Nobody has to learn this system from a manual. It tells you, at every moment that concerns you: your application is decided, your seat is issued, your signature is receipted, a job is proposed, a listing goes up, work is delivered, an engagement closes — each arrives in your inbox as it happens, saying plainly what happened and what, if anything, is asked of you.

Inside the portal, Your path shows exactly where you stand and the next step, drawn live from your own record. The rules everything runs on — the covenants, the structure of a purchase, the instruments — are published in plain language at estableco.com/legal. And every binding moment on the way passes a recorded human gate; nothing is decided by an agent.
