Short and in plain language. These terms govern your use of estableco.com. They are between you and The Big Lease, Inc., which operates Estable. By using the site, you accept them; if you don’t, please don’t use it.

Information about who we are and what we build. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a promise to provide any product or service. A relationship begins only when we both sign a written agreement — and that agreement, not this site, governs it.

II. Forward-looking statements.

We describe plans, timelines, and an order built on energy. These are intentions, not guarantees, and they can change. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing should be relied on as a forecast of results.

III. What you send us.

When you submit an intake or email us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you’re authorized to share it. Don’t send confidential material you aren’t free to disclose, and don’t send anything unlawful.

IV. Our work is ours.

The Estable name, marks, words, and design belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share the pages as they are; you may not copy, scrape, frame, or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

V. Fair use of the site.

Don’t interfere with the site, probe it without authorization, try to reach areas not meant for you, or harvest it by automated means. To report a security issue the right way, see Security.

VI. No warranties.

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

VII. Limits.

To the extent the law allows, Estable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Where we link to others, we’re not responsible for their content or their practices.

VIII. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
