How to buy from us.
For the people who have to approve it: finance, legal, and IT. Effective September 2026.
A membership costs nothing and takes a minute. Everything on this page is about the step after that, when someone who is not the buyer has to sign off. We would rather answer these questions on a page you can forward than in a thread that takes a fortnight.
I. Who you are contracting with.
Estable Corporation, a corporation organised under the laws of the State of Texas. Correspondence and notice go to counsel@estableco.com.
A completed W‑9, our EIN, remittance details for ACH or wire, and a certificate of insurance are each available on request to that address, normally the same business day. We do not publish them here, because a tax form and a bank instruction on an open page are an invitation to a fraud we would rather not run at you.
II. How to pay.
Card at checkout is the fast path and needs nobody’s approval but yours. Where your organisation cannot pay that way, we invoice: tell us the purchase order number and the billing entity and address that must appear on the face of it, and the invoice will carry them. Net 30 is available on request. We will not start work and then discover the invoice cannot be paid because a field is missing; asking first costs one email.
The figure on the invoice is the figure on the page. Nothing is added at checkout, and nothing is charged before you have approved a written scope and price. That is a term, not a courtesy.
III. What your legal team will want.
Our standard terms are published at estableco.com/terms and our privacy practices at estableco.com/privacy. A master services agreement and a data processing agreement are available for execution on request, and we will work from your paper where your policy requires it. We are a young company and we would rather negotiate than lose a deal to a form.
Everything we do is also subject to our published Governance and Ethics standards, which bind us whether or not they appear in a contract.
IV. What your security team will want.
estableco.com/security states how the system is built, names every subprocessor that touches data, and says plainly what certifications we do not hold. Read that section before you send a questionnaire: it will answer some of it and will tell you honestly where the answer is “not yet”.
We complete security questionnaires in writing, signed and dated, and we do not leave a question blank to make a page look better.
V. Who does the work, and when.
Each item is scoped against the systems you already run before a price is fixed. You receive that scope, a schedule, and a figure, in writing, for your approval. Nothing is charged until you approve it, and the approval is kept as part of the record.
Where a specialist firm other than Estable performs the work, you are told which firm before you commit, and the standards above apply to them as they apply to us.
VI. One address.
Procurement, vendor onboarding, security review, and anything a form demands that is not covered here: counsel@estableco.com. Commercial questions about the work itself go to automate@estableco.com.
